JOB SUMMARY
Independently perform tasks of technical responsibility that require knowledge and application of policies and procedures and general operating methods. Responsible for collecting fact-based information, performing analysis, and making recommendations that will be used by others at a higher hierarchical level. The use of judgment is focused on collecting, organizing and presenting information relevant to a situation or problem, channeling to the supervisor those situations that are unusual or not covered by procedures.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Evaluate canceled contracts and their use.
Manage the corresponding action for canceled contracts (collection, referral to the collection agency, establish payment plan, among other tasks.) - Answer telephone calls from policyholders, suppliers and internal employees.
- Prepare files for each case with its respective documentation.
- Complete reports and statistics of the collection efforts carried out.
- Send letters notifying the results of the investigations.
- Other tasks related to the position.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
- Associate's Degree
EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with 1 year of related experience. Or instead, Associate Degree (60 to 64 college credits) with at least 2 to 3 years of experience in similar roles. Or instead, 3 to 5 years of experience, preferably.
