JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for carrying out various routine and varied tasks such as preparing reports or processing information that is used as a reference in operational and service areas for decision making. Recognizes inconsistencies or lack of data and results information. The use of judgment is limited to collecting and analyzing data, executing transactions to determine cases of action within established limits, channeling to the supervisor those situations not covered by procedures. Offers technical support to users.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Install equipment (software and hardware) and verify problems.
  • Supports the installation of voice and data lines.
  • Try new equipment.
  • Assembles computers with used or new parts.
  • Offer guidance and technical support to the user on how to use the new installed equipment.
  • Handling of mobile devices, tablets, cell phones, etc. Management of Android and iOS operating systems. Administration of Teams, Intune and Microsoft 365.
  • Responsible for changes and team rotation.
  • Executes information backup procedures.
  • Executes procedures for issuing policies, generating reports and transferring data between the external Computing Center and the internal platform.
  • Prepare a monthly report of tasks completed.

EDUCATION

  • Associate's Degree

EXPERIENCE

Associate degree or have completed 60-64 credits. One to three years of experience.
