JOB SUMMARY
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Answer telephone calls from promoters, salespeople, Independent Agents, Captive Agents, FMOs, Coordinators and Sales Managers to provide Medicare, Medicaid, and supplier eligibility information. Triple-S and/or cover certifications.
- Through a script, obtain the identification process of promoters, sellers, Independent Agents, Captive Agents, FMO, Coordinators and Sales Managers as assets in contract.
- Answer phone calls from promoters, sellers, Independent Agents, Captive Agents, FMO to confirm acceptance of sales registration, this is used for members.
- Coordinate appointments for the Sales Department.
- Through a script obtain prospect eligibility for the MA products.
- Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements.
- Obtain and record customer information such as name, address, and confirmation of appointments or enrollment form.
- Clarify and answer any question or doubts of the possible prospects, promoters, sales representative, independent agents, captive agents, FMO, coordinators and sales managers.
EDUCATION
EXPERIENCE
Associate degree or at least college credit, with 6 months
to 1 years of related experience in healthcare, telemarketing, customer service or sales in the Health Insurance Industry, preferable. Or 1 to 3 years of this experience lieu of.
