JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for supporting the execution of key operational and financial initiatives through data analysis, reporting, and day-to-day coordination. This role plays a critical part in tracking performance, maintaining visibility into key metrics, and ensuring timely delivery and execution of key strategic initiatives. The position is highly execution-oriented, with a focus on producing accurate insights, maintaining reporting tools, and supporting cross-functional coordination.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Develops and maintains dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports to track strategic, operational, and financial performance.
  • Conducts data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Supports tracking of key strategic initiatives, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Prepares materials for internal meetings, including summaries, updates, and presentations.
  • Coordinates with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure alignment on deliverables.
    Monitors performance against targets and flags, risks or variances.
  • Supports financial tracking and basic modeling (e.g., cost impact, initiative savings).
  • Documents processes, workflows, and reporting methodologies.
  • Ensures data accuracy and consistency across reports and presentations.
  • Develops and maintains dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports to track strategic, operational, and financial performance.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Healthcare

EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Two to four years of experience in healthcare, consulting, analytics, or operations. Experience with managed care Medicaid/Medicare/Commercial) preferred
