JOB SUMMARY
Requires the ability to learn, follow instructions and-or job procedures. Performs routine tasks that support office administrative processes, applying various operational procedures and guides, under direct supervision. Situations not covered in the procedures refer to management personnel. It may include contact with other departments, suppliers, agents and the general public.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for classifying documents, depurate, digitalize, scan, quality control, transmit, store and register confidential documents according to established quality indicators.
- Receive, identify, prepare, and distribute internal o external correspondence.
- Channel the correspondence received in the department, originating from the workflow process in Onbase.
- Elaborate and produce daily or monthly reports when requested.
- Perform general office tasks.
- Provide support to division personnel, as required.
- Prepare purchase requisitions for materials and equipment for the department.
- Other tasks related to the positions.
EDUCATION
- Associate's Degree in Business Administration
EXPERIENCE
Associate Degree in Business Administration, Commercial Technical Course or High School Diploma with at least six (6) months of experience in the essential functions of the position.
