JOB SUMMARY
Under direct supervision, performs routine mail and messenger duties following established procedures. Receives, sorts, prepares, distributes, and transports company correspondence, documents, and materials.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Receives, sorts, prepares, and distributes incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Collects and prepares departmental mail for mailing, including determining postage and sorting by category.
- Delivers outgoing mail to the postal service provider.
- Picks up and delivers documents, correspondence, materials, and other items as required.
- Performs courier duties and supports mail operations as needed.
- Maintains vehicles and equipment used in performing assigned duties.
- Prepares reports and performs other related duties as assigned.
