JOB SUMMARY
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with groups, agencies, brokers, etc. to increase new business opportunities.
- Provide service to groups by phone or personally to guide them in the services offered and provide status of claims submitted, situations with the group or special requests.
- Answer the correspondence of the groups.
- Prepare monthly reports of the tasks performed and any situation. Support the sales team. Understand the needs and trends of clients, brokers, and the market to provide a value-added service.
- Responsible for identifying key groups and corridors for business development.
- Requires compliance with the service level agreements negotiated with the customer and, or standard service levels established by the company.
- Provide personalized attention to groups through visits and telephone calls for guidance and advice, according to the client's needs, corporate standards.
- Educates clients on processes, regulations, and laws applicable to groups.
- Offer benefits and presentations to group leaders and employees.
- Assist in health education activities. Participate in special projects assigned by the supervisor.
- Reflect a positive image of Triple-S Vida in the market.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's Degree in Arts or Business Administration
- Associate's Degree
EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Science or Business Administration (Accounting, Finance, Marketing) preferred with one (1) to three (3) years of experience in insurance industry. Or Associate Degree (AD), or 60-64 college credits, with three (3) to five (5) years of experience in customer service or at least 5 years work experience in lieu of.
