JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for effectively promoting our managed care products designed for individuals eligible for Medicare and Medicaid. Responsible for participating in marketing events, particularly targeting prospects of the Medicare Advantage Plan. Develop opportunities in assigned regions, whether in communities, private businesses, government, and, or municipalities to present our plan. This position must follow all company policies and procedures, MIPPA and CMS rules and regulations, and will be monitored for volume, quality, accuracy, and behavior.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Responsible for attending daily activities to promote our brand.
  • Complete Appointment Forms at informal and formal marketing activities.
  • Work in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations applicable to the Medicare Advantage market.
  • Report daily production as agreed with the Coordinator, Supervisor, and, or Manager.
  • Ensure all completed documentation is submitted within deadlines and with the required quality. Identify market opportunities to promote our products and services.
  • Complete administrative documents to maintain smooth operations and record activities.
  • Identify groups, social service agencies, and any other community organizations to promote products and services.
  • Assist and support current strategic initiatives.
  • Support all other marketing, sales, or related activities within the organization. Provide support to other departments.
  • Maintain and establish positive relationships with providers and organizations in the community.

EDUCATION

  • High School Diploma
  • Technical Course

EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or Commercial Technical Course.
  • Six (6) months to one (1) year of experience.
