JOB SUMMARY
Performs responsibilities independently by designing their own processes and work schedules within their department. Has management responsibilities related to people and processes, including supervisory administrative responsibilities. Required to facilitate the development of your employees by providing counseling and support for learning-development activities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Ensures and takes the necessary measures so that the sales volume, the collection percentage, the expiration of policies and the delays in the payment of premiums are within the parameters established by the company.
- Verifies, evaluates, and audits the work carried out by each of its agents and the results.
Informs agents about contests, goals, rules, benefits, among other matters. - Performs collection procedures and provides other services to its agents' clients when they are absent.
- Guides and provides training to the agents under his-her charge.
- Hold periodic meetings to discuss the results achieved.
- Responsible for interviewing, selecting, training, supervising employees, managing disciplinary processes and performance evaluations.
- Responsible for assigning tasks, supervising workflow, reviewing costs and monitoring employee performance.
- Provides help, support, guidance, direction and intervention in conflicts involving the personnel under their charge.
- Ensures compliance with corporate standards, policies and procedures.
EDUCATION
- Associate's Degree
- High School Diploma
EXPERIENCE
- Associate degree from a recognized University or College or High School diploma, preferably.
- One (1) year of experience.
