JOB SUMMARY
Perform independently tasks guided by policies and procedures. Select the best methodology to achieve the identified results in a work plan or project. Responsible for collecting information, perform analysis and make recommendations to be used by others to a higher hierarchical level. Identify situations or problems based on financial data gathered from business units. Propose resolutions by comparing them with previous situations to identify a pattern, the cause and develop a corrective action plan. Ensure proper processing of transactions related to accounting and payment of all bonuses, incentives, and special payments from sales and marketing activities. Provide excellent customer service to sales and marketing producers.

EDUCATION
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree (BD) in Business Administration with a major in Finance or Accounting with 1 to 3 years of experience in commissions calculation and system management. Advance proficiency in tools such as Excel, Access and business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI) with the ability to perform complex data manipulations and analysis.
