JOB SUMMARY

Requires the ability to learn and follow politics, procedures, and standards of their area, department, and other related departments. Performs planning efforts within the department, either for operational situations daily, assigned projects or to coordinate multiple resources within their department or division. Anticipates client’s needs and acts pro-actively to attain client satisfaction. Offers assigned clients a direct contact in the company who facilitates the arrangements to realize with Triple-S Salud.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Retain current insured accounts and gain new members by providing a service of excellence.
  • Analyze, research, guide, answer questions and assist policyholders, group administrators and providers about the benefits, services and claims payment of Triple-S products by phone, mail or in person.
  • Receives customers’ requests by telephone or mail, analyzes requests, provides requested information, and keeps a log of these conversations.
  • Educates customers, providers, and employers about products and services by telephone or in person.
    Establish, develop, and maintain contacts with the client’s key personnel. 
  • Determine and satisfy the client’s needs by answering questions regarding products, invoicing factors, plan administration, rules and regulations, operational situations, among others.
  • Maintains liaison with other departments for issue completion.
  • Maintain regular contact with his-her assigned clients aiming to establish confidence, personalized contact, and lasting relationships.
  • Develop training and provide it to customer service areas and seasonal employees. 

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's Degree in Arts

EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Science or Business Administration preferable with one (1) to three (3) years of experience in Customer Relations in the health insurance industry preferable.
